White Chocolate Almond Cheese Pudding

Yields: 4 (1/2-cup) servings | 2 points per serving

My rating:

This is very easy to make and has a nice flavor to it! It's a nice change from your typical pudding flavors. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 box Jello sugar-free/fat-free White Chocolate Pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 cup fat-free whipped topping

Directions:

Beat 1/4 cup milk with cream cheese. Add pudding mix, remaining milk and almond extract. Beat on medium-high until thickened. Make sure you mix it extremely well. Fold in the whipped topping, or leave topping as garnish. Spoon pudding into 4 custard bowls. (1/2 cup per bowl)

Special Notes:

To avoid a curdy look, bring cream cheese and 1/4 cup of milk to room temp before mixing.
