Vegetable Pizza Appetizer

I am trying this tonight (7/22/05) and I will let you know how it was! Ingredients:
Directions:
Unfold rolls flat onto large (12"x19") ungreased cookie sheet. Seal seams and press out as necessary to completely cover pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool. (Throwing it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes will do the trick!) Mix next 3 ingredients together and spread on crust. Chop vegetables by hand or using food processor. Drain well (if neccessary) and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over all. Chill til ready to serve. Cut into 24 squares. Yields: 24 squares (3.5 points per square) Nutritional Info: (Per square) 145
