My rating:
This is delicious... worth every bite! The original recipe calls for Oreo pudding, but it is not available in sugar-free, so if you use it, the points will be higher. You can use any sugar-free flavored pudding with the recipe though, and the points will stay the same. I love vanilla, but you can also try chocolate, white chocolate, or banana cream. Enjoy!
-
2.5 cups cold fat-free milk
-
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) sugar-free vanilla instant pudding (or sugar-free flavor of your choice)
-
1 tub (8 oz.) fat-free whipped topping, thawed, divided
-
1 (6 oz.) Oreo or Ready Crust Chocolate Pie Crust (You can also use Graham or Reduced-Fat Graham but it will not change the points value per slice.)
-
5 Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, halved (You can use Reduced-Fat or Regular Oreos - it will not alter the points per slice. Or, you can also use 10 mini Oreos in place of 5 big ones, and it will not alter the points per slice.*
* Omitting the Oreos all-together will reduce each slice to 3.5 points each.
* Using 10 Oreo Thin Crisps in place of the 10 Oreo halves will reduce each slice to 3.7 points per slice... Not much difference, and totally not worth it in my opinion!
Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping. Pour into pie crust. Refridgerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and cookie halves just before serving. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
