5-Minute Fruit Pies

These pies are phenominal, easy to make, and I recommend them even to non-Weight Watchers. You can use any yogurt/JELL-O flavor combination you want.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (4 serving size) sugar-free JELL-O (flavor of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 containers (6-oz.) DANNON® Lite n' Fit™ yogurt (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 containers (8-oz.) fat free Cool Whip, thawed in refregerator
  • 1 prepared nine-inch reduced-fat graham cracker crust (6-oz.)

Directions:

1. In large, heat-resistant bowl, dissolve JELL-O in boiling water. Stir in yogurt with wire whisk. Fold in whipped topping with wooden spoon.

2. Spread in crust. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.

3. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers

Yields: 8 slices (3.5 points per slice)

Nutritional Info: (per slice) 164 calories, 3.5 g. fat, 0 g. fiber *

*Using regular JELL-O (instead of sugar-free) will add 35 calories per slice. Each slice would be 4.25 points.

* The only way you can make a blue pie is to use Berry Blue JELL-O, which does not come in the Sugar Free. This will yield 8 slices at 4.25 points per slice.
