Cookies 'n' Cream Haystacks

What an incredible little treat! These are incredibly easy to make, absolutely delicious, and only 1 pt per haystack! If you want to make a smaller batch, you can use 1.5 cups of Fiber One and 6 oz of chocolate (approx. 18 nugget-sized candy bars) to yield 13 cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Fiber One cereal
  • 12 oz. bag of Hershey's Cookies 'n' Cream candy bars (approx. 36 nugget-sized candy bars)

Directions:

Unwrap candy and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt candy in microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for 1 minute more. Stir in cereal.

Drop mixture by 26 spoonfuls onto wax paper. Freeze for 15 minutes or until firm. Store leftovers in the refridgerator.

Yields: 26 haystacks. Each Cookies 'n' Cream Haystack is 1 point. Enjoy!!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Haystacks

Yields: 6 haystacks| 1 points per haystack

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Fiber One Cereal
  • 3 Tb (1.5 oz) of Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 Tablespoon Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, smooth or chunky

Directions:

Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in a saucepan or in the microwave. Stir and mix in the Fiber One until the cereal is evenly coated. Scoop 6 evenly sized haystacks onto a plate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Yields: 6 haystacks. Each Chocolate Peanut Butter Haystack is 1 point. Enjoy!!

Chocolate Butterscotch Haystacks

  • 2 Tbsp of Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels
  • 4 Tbsp of Nestle Butterscotch Morsels

Directions:

Melt the chocolate and butterscotch morsels in a saucepan or in the microwave. Stir and mix in the Fiber One until the cereal is evenly coated. Scoop 6 evenly sized haystacks onto a plate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Yields: 6 haystacks. Each Chocolate Butterscotch Haystack is 1.5 points. Enjoy!!
