Creamsicle Shake

This isn't as much of a "recipe" as it is simply a dessert suggestion that I wanted to share. What a fun alternative to just eating plain old sherbet for dessert. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup orange sherbet
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • Cool whip (optional -- adds more points!)

Directions:

Blend sherbet and milk together and serve.

Nutritional Info: (per serving): 165 calories, 1.5 g. fat, 0 g. fiber (3.5 points)
