Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

You can't beat this recipe - it tastes great and couldn't possibly be any easier to make. Great for any time of day or any occasion. Bon appetite!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Chocolate Cake mix
  • 1 (15-oz) can Pumpkin (not pie mix)
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients. Fill each muffin cup about half-way with batter (Use about 1 heaping Tb per muffin). Bake at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.

Yields: 24 muffins

Variation: Trying using a box of Spice Cake Mix instead of Chocolate, to make Pumpkin Spice Muffins!
