Cauliflower Poppers

For zero points you just CANNOT go wrong with these tasty little poppers. These are great to curb a salty/spicy craving white you're watching a movie, playing on the computer, or just waiting for dinner to be ready! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head cauliflower (about 4 cups)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder, or more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp table salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 serving cooking spray (5 one-second sprays per serving)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut cauliflower florets into grape-sized pieces. Place cauliflower in a medium bowl; add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper and toss well to coat.

Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread cauliflower on sheet and bake about 10 minutes or til until cauliflower is tender, but not mushy. Stir halfway through.

Yields: about 4 cups
