Banana Cream Pie

Yield: 8 servings | 4 points per slice

My rating:

You can't beat a 5-minute, 4-point per slice, banana cream pie! Bon appetite!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (4 serving size) sugar-free, fat-free banana flavored pudding/pie mix
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 containers (8-oz.) fat free Cool Whip, thawed in refregerator
  • 1 prepared nine-inch reduced-fat graham cracker crust (6-oz.)
  • 1 large banana

Directions:

Whisk pudding mix with milk until it starts to thicken. Stir half of the Cool Whip into the pudding. Spread into crust. Top with remaining half of the Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours. Just before serving, slice banana and arrange slices around the edge of the crust (as shown in photo above). Garnish with any remaining banana slices and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
